Update in Relation to The Progress of GB261 Clinical Evaluation in Autoimmune Diseases

Genor Biopharma Holdings Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has been informed by Candid Therapeutics, Inc. (“Licensee”), a licensee of GB261, that the Licensee has made advances in its in-licensed novel T-cell engager (“GB261”) into autoimmune diseases for clinical evaluation. First patients have been dosed with the GB261 and have been well tolerated. Additionally, the subcutaneous dosing formulation for the GB261 has been established.

ABOUT GB261 (CD20/CD3, BsAb)
GB261 is a bispecific antibody designed to target CD20 on B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, enabling T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against CD20-expressing B-cells. Engineered with low CD3 affinity, GB261 is optimized to reduce the risk of excessive T-cell activation while maintaining potent and selective B-cell depletion. The Company has completed the phase I/II open-label multi-centre study conducted in China and in Australia for R/R B-NHL (R/R DLBCL and FL).

ABOUT THE LICENSEE
The Licensee is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on transforming the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases through novel T-cell engager platforms. On 2 August 2024, the Group has granted TRC 2004, Inc. an exclusive worldwide license to develop, use, manufacture, commercialize and otherwise exploit GB261 (CD20/CD3, BsAb), excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The rights of TRC 2004, Inc. under the said license were subsequently assigned to the Licensee in December 2024 following the merger between the Licensee (namely Candid Therapeutics, Inc.) and TRC 2004, Inc. in August 2024. The Licensee has an experienced management team, which includes Dr. Ken Song as the Chief Executive Officer.
